Arial is great, She went above and beyond from the start. I let her know immediately that I was looking for some sort of grant program or Maryland assistance program to help with closing costs. Her first question was if I had student loans or not... I had no idea there was a program in MD that would pay off up to 40K in student loans. She sent me a few loan officers that she had relationships with and let me choose what the best fit would be for myself... Arial did a fantastic job in selling our property. I was Power of Attorney when we first listed the proper. Unfortunately the owner passed away during the selling process and I became Personal Representative. Because of legal complications regarding the Power of Attorney and the Letters of Authorization, the process took nine months from listing to closing. Arial stuck with me and advised me thorough the whole process. She advised me as to when I should contact an attorney and she worked with the settlement company well before closing to be sure that all of my documents were in order.
