Arial Pegues attended Virginia State University where she played NCAA Division II tennis and volleyball.
She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications. In 2005, She was voted Athlete of the Year and was nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year.
Arial is licensed in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia affectionately known as the “DMV”. She specializes in working with first-time home buyers, Luxury residential resale, short sales, foreclosures, rentals, investment properties and distressed property.
She has lived and worked in the greater DC metropolitan area for over 20 years. With over 13 years of real-estate experience, Arial has a strong background in customer service and is dedicated to professionalism, hard work, and integrity.
She was voted as one of DMV’s Top 25 Realtors To Know in 2018. She earned the highest Platinum Honor through Prince Georges County Association of Realtors. She has made the top sales list in her company on many occasions nationwide. In her earlier years she worked as a lobbyist on Capitol Hill for the top 100 banks in the country. She is known as a tough negotiator and works for the best interest of her client.
